Elle Magazine - £4.00
Is it bad that I get so excited when I see the new releases of the monthly magazines out?! I love seeing who's on the cover and that there's something new for me to read. There's nothing I love more than a new magazine, apart from a new magazine which has a good freebie and a magazine that has one of my childhood heroes on the cover - Emma Watson! I've always loved Emma Watson since 'growing up' with her through her Harry Potter years and now she's also a fashion icon and an inspiration to women. Anyway, my point for showing you December's issue of Elle magazine is because you can get yourself a Benefit freebie - yay! Elle magazine costs £4.00 and for this you will also receive a travel size version of Benefit's They're Real Liquid Liner. Seeing as this eyeliner has a pretty hefty price tag for a full price version, I think it would be a great chance for you to try the eyeliner without having to splash out. This issue is out now.
Glamour - £2.00
In December's issue of Glamour, for just £2.00, you'll receive a free full size Nails Inc polish. There are four shades to choose from - Tate (Red), Marylebone Mews (Lilac Grey), Hanover Square (Dark Purple) and Wigmore Street (Dark Blue). Each polish is worth £11 each, but you can even get all four for just £8! The December issue is released on Monday 3rd November.
If I spot any more December magazine freebies, I'll be back to update you!

Growing up, I've always had problems with dark circles under my eyes. Even if I had a full nights sleep, they'd still be there in the morning and I'd spend time before school trying to cover them up with endless amounts of concealer. Over the years, I think they naturally started to lighten and I could ease up and start worrying about them less. Without makeup, I have still have darker shadows under my eyes. I've recently started a new job which involves 7am starts and wakeful night shifts. Do you know what the first thing I thought about that was? 'Oh no, my dark circles are going to look terrible!'. Luckily, I've had no such problem, thanks to being lucky enough to try out Vichy's brand new Idealia Eyes Cream*. I've tried and loved Vichy's Idealia Life Serum, so I was really looking forward to trying out their new little sister, Idealia Eyes.
So, first it's a little bit about how the product works. Obviously, it's an eye cream but it aims to brighten the appearance of dark circles (hallelujah), reduce the look of fine lines and generally give you a natural radiant look. One thing that's really stood out for me is the applicator of the eye cream itself, it's definitely something I haven't seen before and at first it did confuse me a little! It has a unique silicon applicator which has been designed to give the feel of a brush and enable you to apply the cream without using your fingers. You simply need to squeeze the tube lightly and the eye cream then comes out onto the applicator, meaning you can either apply it under you eyes using the cooling silicone applicator or as I personally prefer to do - apply using the applicator and massage in with my fingers.
The eye cream itself has some pretty cool ingredients in such as a DRM-Bright complex, caffeine, illuminators and blurring agents - sounds good, right?! Well trust me, Idealia Eyes is an absolute gem. Since using the eye cream daily for three weeks, I have definitely noticed a difference in my under eye area and I can't recommend this enough. Being a Vichy product, Idealia Eyes retails at £23.00, but I've found a bargain over on The Garden Pharmacy for just £15.31, so check out the link above. I'll be repurchasing as soon as mine runs out!
Have you tried Idealia Eyes? x

Snow White - Do you consider yourself beautiful?
I wouldn't call myself beautiful, no. I shouldn't put myself down, so I wont do that here. I'm slowly learning to accept myself and I have good and bad days.
Sleeping Beauty - How many hours do you sleep at night?
Ooh, this depends on my shifts at work! If I had a choice I'd get an amazing 12 hours, I feel so refreshed after a lie in! However, starting work at 7am some days means I get 6-7 hours of sleep and night shifts make that even worse!
Cinderella - Do you have a curfew?
Cinderella - Do you have a curfew?
Being 21, I certainly don't have a curfew but in all honesty I'm much happier tucked up in the cosy warm on a Saturday night watching X Factor! However, when I do go out to a party or for a friend's birthday I usually get home around 1-2am - I'm just not a party animal.
Rapunzel - Do you love being outside?
Rapunzel - Do you love being outside?
I'm on the fence here! I'll say yes as there's so many fun things to be done outdoors, so many places to see and enjoy but there's no doubt I enjoy getting home and cuddling up too.
Red Riding Hood - Do you trust strangers easily?
Another one where I'm on the fence here! Sometimes people can be so friendly and helpful but at the same time you can find some downright rude people, so I honestly don't know.
The Wolf and the Seven Young Kids - Are you easily fooled?
The Wolf and the Seven Young Kids - Are you easily fooled?
I think I'd like to say that I'm not but maybe I am, who knows?! I can be quite suspicious sometimes and read too much into things, but I wouldn't really say you could fool me too easily!
Beauty and the Beast - What makes someone beautiful in your eyes?
Beauty and the Beast - What makes someone beautiful in your eyes?
Kindness is all you need. What on earth is the point of being beautiful if you have a horrid personality?! Kindness and love are what makes someone beautiful to me.
The Little Mermaid - What would you sacrifice for love?
At the risk of sounding incredibly cheesy, I'd sacrifice anything. There's no using having nice things if you haven't got love to go with it.
The Frog Prince - What do you find disgusting?
Arrogance and rude people! Why anyone think it's acceptable to be rude and nasty to people is beyond me. Oh, and bullies too.
Jack and the Beanstalk - Do you have any plants?
Jack and the Beanstalk - Do you have any plants?
Gardening is certainly not my forte and I can't imagine it ever will be! I live at home though and my mum does a fab job on our garden. When we first moved in, we had no plants at all and since then my mum has made lots of magical plants appear!
Puss in Boots - Do you have pets? If not, do you want them?
I just love animals so much! Cats are my all time favourite, I'm one of those cat ladies. I have a cat called Gizzy, who loves a cheeky snuggle! I also have a hamster called Morris who is incredibly energetic.
Bluebeard - What is your weak point?
Probably my confidence. I'd love to be feeling more confident in myself.
Pinocchio - What is your biggest wish?
To be happy, living in a cosy home with my boyfriend and a cute cat. That's it.
Peter Pan - What is your mental age?
Sometimes I think I'm young at heart and wish I could rewind to my childhood where I just spent so much time doing things that I love and having no responsibilities. However, I'm also a lot older than my years sometimes as I love to dream of my future and be cosy.
The Star Money - What is your most valuable possession?
I would have to say my photo albums. I know the question was a 'posession' not 'possession's so I may be slightly cheating there but it's so fun to look back over the years and create new memories too.
The Snow Queen - Who is your best friend and what would you do for him/her?
In a strange way, I say I'd have a few best friends - my mum, sister, boyfriend and my actual best friend too. I would do a lot for them and would go out of my way to keep them in my lives.
The Princess and the Pea - Are you sensitive?
Deep down yes I think so. I can sometimes laugh things off and pretend I don't care, but I think everyone's sensitive inside.
Godfather Death - What qualities make a good parent?
All you need is a lot of love and patience.
The Worn-Out Dancing Shoes - Do you like parties?
Yes and no. I'm so indecisive aren't I?! I love dressing up, getting glam and having a glass of wine but I'm more of a home girl at heart.
The Emperor's New Clothes - Do you care a lot about your clothing?
Not really, no. Of course I love wearing nice outfits and a pretty dress, but I'm not really fashionable. I much prefer wearing something simple than anything fashionable and uncomfortable.
The Brave Little Tailor - Do you consider yourself brave?
Not really, no! I'm scared of spiders and ants and often worry about bad things happening!
I tag you! x

Oh, Too Faced, your packaging is just so stunning! You only need to take a quick glance at the two quick shots I've taken of Too Faced's brand new Cocoa Powder Foundation to realise its a gem. Allow me to introduce you to Too Faced's latest foundation revolution - Cocoa Powder. In all honesty, Id never even heard of a foundation as a powder before, so I was certainly intrigued to see how Cocoa Powder would fare. Before I tell you about the results I found after using Cocoa Powder and whether I'd recommend it to you, I'll tell you a little bit about the magic of Cocoa Powder. First things first - it smells of chocolate. Mmm, chocolate! It's so beautifully scented and even leaves your skin with that sweet lingering chocolate smell - delicious! The foundation itself is an anti oxidant rich matte rose petal finish - who wouldn't want a rose petal finish? There are a total of eight shades available and I used 'light'. It also has skincare benefits due to the moisturising cocoa butter in contains that moisturises your skin. Cocoa Powder has a beautifully soft texture and applies like a dream.
So, is it as good as it sounds and looks?! To me, it's perfect for using as a finishing powder. I have a lot of freckles and always go to a full coverage foundation and sadly Cocoa Powder didn't offer me the coverage that I needed. I applied the Cocoa Powder as a foundation using my Lola Kabuki brush but sadly I didn't feel confident enough to wear it as a normal foundation. I have found that the best way for me to use this is to apply a light amount of my usual foundation and then apply the Cocoa Powder on top. It's true what they say about the finish, it's lovely. It leaves my skin looking healthier with a little added glow and of course, my favourite finish of the matte look! If you tend to not wear an awful lot of makeup, I think Cocoa Powder would be perfect for you to wear as a foundation and if you're like me and you like a little extra coverage then I think you'd enjoy using Cocoa Powder as a finish powder. Plus, who doesn't want to smell like chocolate?! The Cocoa Powder retails at £28.00 and is available in eight different shades from light to deep tan.
Have you tried Cocoa Powder before? x

I don't know what it is about nail polishes, but I just love having a nose at other bloggers collection. I always have a quick peek to see their favourite shades and brands. Since I've started my new job which was over a month ago, I've had to sacrifice my love of nail polish. I'm not allowed to wear any nail polish at work, so my poor nails are looking pretty bare and neglected right now, so what better what to cheer myself up than writing about my polishes instead?! Now, I'm not one of those people who thinks you should wear different colours at different times of years, wear what you want I say! However, I thought I would pick out some perfect shades ready as Halloween and Bonfire Night soon approaches us.
Barry M 'Raspberry' - I love Barry M's polishes, I really need to get myself some more of these beauties! They are such good value for money. This shade is 'Raspberry' which is a plain berry red shade, perfect for autumn.
Rimmel 60 Seconds 'Black Out' - I love this pure black nail polish as it can be so versatile. I can use to create patterns if I'm feeling rather creative, mix it up with some glitter nails or go all over black for that darker winter look.
Rimmel Lasting Finish 'Midnight Blue' - A stunning dark blue shade, very close to being a black shade when you glance at it in it's bottle. It's a perfect metallic blue which makes it a great shade for the upcoming party season.
Minnie 'Bow-tiful - Sadly I don't have a link to this polish as I bought it in a set last year from Boots. It's a pretty purple shade, a lot darker than the packaging may have you believe.
Nails Inc 'Motcomb Street' - Last but not least I have this stunning Nails Inc shade of Motcomb Street. It's a very dark navy shade, again it's almost black making it a super sophisticated shade for the darker nights.
What polishes do you love for A/W? x

I thought I'd do something fun for today's post and share some beauty confessions! I'm far from perfect and I love having a good nose at what makeup mistakes or confessions other beauty lovers have! I hope you have a little giggle about my confessions, I'm afraid they're not too interesting!
There are words I don't understand. I can't tell you what the pigmentation of something is as I have no clue what it means! I can't tell you about undertones and I can't describe items in fancy words.
I'm rubbish at applying eye shadow. I love my Naked 3 palette, but unfortunately I only ever reach to it on a very special occasion, meaning I probably should have saved my money!
I've learnt that you don't have to spend more to get good quality makeup. I am willing to splash out on my Estee Lauder foundation but when it comes to every day basics such as eyeliner and mascara, I'm a high street girl all the way.
When I don't wear makeup, people in work tell me how tired and ill I look. I cant help it, it's my skin!
(Yes, I do occasionally venture out without makeup!)
I have so many lovely nail polishes, but there are so many more that I need! To make this even worse, I can't wear nail polish to work, so working full time has resulted in my poor nails being neglected.
I actually enjoy plucking my eyebrows!
When I was around 12/13, I thought the idea of makeup and fashion was so horrendously boring! I used to live in black clothes and wear my hair in a scraped back low ponytail (Eek!).
If I'm ridiculously tired, I've been known to sleep in my makeup. We all do it at some point, right?!
I always want to buy new beauty products. It doesn't matter if I'd never even use them, if the packaging is pretty, I want them all and of course, it's for blogging purposes.
Sometimes I wonder what it would be like to have a career in beauty. I'd love to do some work experience on a beauty counter one day.
I sometimes forget to apply primer or moisturiser before foundation - oops.
I really should go through my makeup bag and throw out old products. I'm ashamed to say I own some pretty old stuff!!
What are your beauty confessions? x

Our hair certainly needs a treat doesn't it?! We put it through daily battles of too much heat, too much washing, outside battles with cold, rain and wind, so it's the least we can do than to give it a quick treat when we're showering. I'm loving budget products, now that I have to splash out on my hair colour, there's not much left in order for me to splash out on fancy treatments or brands. So, without further ado, here are my top three budget deep conditioners.
I first discovered this hair mask after using Bleach London's Beach Lights highlight kit. Each DIY kit that you purchase from Bleach London comes with a small 'Reincarnation Mask' to use to keep your hair in tip top condition. This conditioner has made it's way into my favourites as it's simply fab. A full size bottle is a bargain at just £6.00 for 200ml. Seeing as it's called 'Reincarnation Mask', you've probably guessed it aims to restore your hair into perfect sleek condition. The formula of the conditioner is so thick, smooth and creamy, I love slathering it all over the ends of my hair and leaving for a few minutes before rinsing off. If you have more time to waste, such as reading in the bath, leave the mask on for 15-20 minutes for even better results. The ends of my hair always feel in much better condition and I will definitely be purchasing the 200ml size.
L'Oreal are one of my favourite brands when it comes to conditioning my hair. Strangely, my hair doesn't seem to get on with their shampoos but I'm a big fan of their everyday conditioners and masks. I've previously used their Extraordinary hair oil which is great for keeping my hair soft and smooth, so I was looking forward to trying this out when my mum picked it up for only £2.50! The conditioner has six luxurious flower extracts, gives extra shine and silkiness and all in all improves the condition of my hair.
Lastly, it's one of my favourite new hair care range from Garnier. I absolutely loved their Silky Smoother shampoo, so I knew their conditioning treatment wouldn't let me down. This conditioning treatment is from the 'Sleek Restorer' range and is packed with coconut oil and cocoa butter to create a gorgeously scented conditioner. As you can guess from the name, this is pretty nifty at getting to work! This is one of my favourite parts about the conditioner as it's easy to use when I'm in a rush and it still gives my hair the boost that it needs.
What are your favourite budget hair masks? x

As with everything, when it comes to being a blogger there are positives and negatives. Today I'm going to talk about the positives and tell you which websites to use to utilise yourself and grow as a blogger. I would be lying if I told you I didn't get excited about blogging opportunities, whether it be a product to review or a sponsored post - of course it is a fabulous bonus when that email pops in your inbox. It makes you feel that little bit extra special as a blogger, right? At the end of the day, we all put so much time and effort into our blogs, that I believe we all deserve little rewards now and then. I should also point out that I don't blog for the opportunities or PR samples, I blog because it is such a fun hobby.
Now, Facebook is one of those sites where I don't use it personally. I got fed up of seeing people bragging about things they've done etc, nosing into everybody's business so I gave it up a while ago. However, when it comes to blogging it's actually pretty nifty. A lot of bloggers have an actual Facebook group set up for their blog, where people can join and keep updated with the blog through Facebook. This is an option you can definitely consider, but I personally join in with other groups and 'get my name out there'. When you sign up, be sure to register your profile to your blog, so other users know where they can find you. To find out about blogger opportunities on Facebook, there are lots of blogger groups where you can simply request to join in. I recommend 'UK Bloggers', 'Blogger Opportunities' and 'UK Blogger Opportunities'. These groups all post different blogger opportunites they have found and you'll often find a variety of things to find out about such as beauty, parenting, food and much more - there's something for everyone. Let others know if you're interested in said opportunity and wait to hear back. Don't forget to share opportunities that you hear of too. I'd like to make a quick shout out to Rachel as she first introduced me to these Facebook groups - thank you!
I love using Twitter for my blog, it's great. I get to chat to loads of other bloggers, post my new links and generally keep updated with the goings on. To find out about blogger opportunities, Twitter is pretty easy going. You should keep an eye out for these hashtags - #prrequest, #bloggerrequest and #bloggerswanted'. Being a beauty blogger, I love scrolling through #bbloggers to find new blog posts, brands and much more. Also by showcasing your blog and links to new posts, you never know who might pop you an email if they're impressed by your blog.
Bloggers Required. - This is a really easy to use site. You'll receive a regular newsletter, showcasing the latest opportunities for you and your blog. You can pick and choose and apply for as many or as little as you like. You simply submit a form, along with a quick pitch to the brand.
UK Bloggers Forum - This forum was created by the lovely Facebook users over at the UK Bloggers page. It's currently not updated an awful lot as it's run by volunteers/bloggers, so keep an eye out and check back daily for new updates.
ProBlogger - I personally don't use this website as I like to focus on my blog only. However, this site is perfect if you would like to make a bit of extra cash writing for other blogs and websites.
etailPR - A blogger network with lots of different brands to work with. You can apply for campaigns where you may earn commission, such as placing advertisements on your blog or you can apply to review samples and much more.
BzzAgent - I joined up to this network quite a while back and have since taken a back seat. (No real reason why!) You can sign up and become a BzzAgent. This involves reviewing products within a certain timescale.
Make a move.
There's nothing stopping you contacting a brand that you love, introducing yourself and your blog. Try and make it personal, tell them why you love their brand, what products are your favourites and more information about your blog. Some bloggers frown upon this and think you should wait to be contacted, but in my eyes, you may well be waiting a very long time! There's nothing wrong with maybe tweeting a few beauty brands and asking to be added to their mailing list.
One last word.
Before I finish rambling on, I just want to point out that I do not blog for the opportunities - they are just bonuses, and who doesn't love bonuses eh?! Try not to focus too much on getting involved with opportunities, enjoy your blogging, try your best and your time will come.

Today's post is a rather random wish list in the theme of award winning Disney film Frozen. Unless you've been hiding under a rock for the past year, you'll either be a massive fan of Frozen, or you'll be pressing the little red X at the top of this page round about now! Usually when there is a big 'fuss' over a new show or film, I tend to wait for the hype to die down but with Frozen I am glad I didn't. It's such a magical film, makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside and even just talking about it now makes me want to pop it on my tv! I love how its based on sisters too, as I love my sister to bits so I can relate to the story.
Now that I have declared my love for Frozen, I thought it would be fun to put together a little wish list with some Frozen goodies that I have found. I actually think my wish list is a little sparse compared to my usual wish lists, but there's not much Frozen franchise on the Disney UK website yet - hopefully there will be soon! I'll start off with this amazing Elsa ornament I saw advertised in a newspaper - it's truly stunning, yet very expensive, but I really need this in my life! Since making this wish list, I've actually purchased these cute pyjamas from Asda at a bargain price of just £13. They're Disney official and they are super comfy, perfect for those blogging days. I'm also fancying this Art Of Frozen book. I love reading books, especially when I can learn new things and see how cool things are done. This books shows the artwork and sketches which all went into the making of the film. Next up it's this cool Frozen calendar, a bargain at just £5.00! I thought it would be perfect for scheduling my blog posts in. Lastly, I'm getting into the Christmas sprit and am loving this cool Elsa bauble for my Christmas tree.
I've actually just realised my obsession with Frozen has reached new levels. I am sat in Frozen pyjamas, writing about Frozen. Thank God I'm not singing 'Let It Go' too, eh?!
Are you a Frozen fan? x

Sometimes life can get on top us, we may roll into bed without having fully cleansed our faces (Surely it's not just me?!) and our skin can be left looking a little dull and in need of some TLC. So, with that in mind I thought I would put together a post with my favourite products that I love to help give my skin an extra little glow as I go about my day.
I vow never to be without this exfoliator - it really is that good! I've always bought my mum a Sanctuary gift set for Christmas each year without fail, but last year I decided to treat myself and this little beauty was included. The exfoliator is such a treat as it feels so luxurious on the skin and you can feel the thick beads working their magic; this is not just a quick scrub and go! It includes ultra fine apricot granules, grape seed exfoliates with pineapple and papaya extracts. My skin feels so smooth as I rinse this off with warm water, it's hard to resist using it everyday!
I recently picked this up in my favourite place - Boots clearance section. Soap and Glory have had a whole new look, so any old packaging was being sold at a discount price and I managed to restrict myself to only picking this up! I can't help but love the cheeky name! Glow job may look like a simple moisturiser, but not only does it moisturise the skin, it also includes micro bronzeburst beads which add a temporary self tan.
After finishing applying my makeup, I love to add a quick sweep of highlighter onto my cheekbones and this is an new favourite of mine. I picked this up in Boots for just £6.95 and at first I did struggle to blend it in correctly. As you can see it's a radiance stick, which can be swept onto cheekbones, under eyebrows and the bridge of your nose. It only takes a second to apply and can be blended in with fingers or a brush if you find that easier. It gives my cheekbones great definition and an added glow.
I absolutely love this bronzing block from Sleek. It's a total bargain at just £7.49 as you get a lot of product for the price. The block includes a total of four separate shades of bronze and blush, which you can either blend together or just pick your favourite shade. It gives a quick sun kissed glow and it has amazing staying power - you'll definitely be glad of this in your makeup bag!

I have a secret. I love colouring in! Why do children get all the fun with colouring books?! Well, now us 'grown ups' (not quite sure I'd class myself as one of them just yet) get a piece of the action too. There's something just so therapeutic I find about colouring. I've never been a good drawer or particularly good at art, so it can be satisfying to see a completed drawing that I've coloured in myself. Today's post is just a little bit of fun as I wanted to show you some fab colouring books that I recently came across from a fab designer called Mel Elliot who created her range of colouring books and paper dolls called 'I Love Mel'. As you can see, it's a pretty cool range of books ranging from Kate Moss and Cara Delevigne to Ryan Gosling and a 90's themed book! I know what's on my Christmas list!
Are these books something you'd enjoy? x

If you're a fellow hair dye junkie - particularly blonde/silver shades- then you may just want to have a quick read of my review and then head straight to Boots to pick up a fab new silver shampoo and conditioner I have found. I love following Bleach London as a brand, they always release such cool hair colours and new products - I just can't keep up! As I've recently gone back to highlighted blonde hair, it's important that I try and keep my colour in tact for as long as possible as trips to the hairdressers sadly don't come cheap. I have been using the silver shampoo and conditioner for a few weeks now and I'm ready to give my verdict.
First up, it's the shampoo. This is a purple shampoo which is aimed at blonde and ashy tones which want to go lighter and brighter after just one wash. It contains wheat proteins and vitamins to keep hair smooth and moisturised. The first time I used this, I panicked after I stepped out of the shower. I could see that certain patches (from where I did my dodgy DIY job) had brightened one heck of a lot and I quickly dried my hair in the panic of being left with ginger tones again. (Nothing wrong with ginger, just not what I hoped for!). Luckily I had no reason to panic. This silver shampoo is simply fantastic! One wash leaves my blonde looking so much brighter as well as lighter and it also keeps it in good condition which of course is extra important with coloured hair. The only negative I would say about the shampoo as I do find it quite hard to massage into my hair as it doesn't foam up too well - it doesn't give me that lovely foamy feeling as I wash, but most importantly it does the job very well. Bleach London advise that you use the shampoo every other wash, however I think I may stick to just once a week as the result was quite dramatic.
The conditioner I bought alongside the shampoo is suitable for daily use. The conditioner contains violet pigments to nourish the hair and preserve the colour. It's a lovely and thick formula but in all honesty I think I could have skipped buying this product. Don't get me wrong - it does just the job and conditions my hair perfectly but I don't feel it's as important as the shampoo is. I think you could get away with just using the purple shampoo and an ordinary conditioner.
Do you use a silver shampoo? x

Before I get onto the so called 'rules' of my little giveaway, I just wanted to say a little something about blog giveaways. Recently I saw a Twitter chat where people were saying you shouldn't do giveaways, you're just buying followers, the followers won't read your blog anyway - my answer to that is, who cares?! It's your blog - if you want to do a giveaway, then do one and if you don't like them, don't enter or create one! I don't mean to rant but I don't like it when people judge bloggers for choosing to giveaway a prize to their readers.
Rant over, you will see I have a very exciting competition for you. I don't have a particular reason for this giveaway, I wanted to thank my readers and perhaps we can call it an early Christmas gift! I should also mention that I picked up this exact kit myself so you will spot a review and swatches coming up - so don't worry, I wont be giving you that one, I've got an unopened one ready to give away to you.
So, what's the prize?! It's one of Benefit's fabulous Christmas gift sets worth £29.50 - Cheeky Sweet Spot. Housed beautifully in a sweet shop, you will find a total of six powders including 'Dandelion', 'Sugarbomb', 'CORALista', 'Hoola', 'Rockateur' and 'Bella Bamba', complete with a Watt's Up! highlighter and blush brush. The giveaway is UK only and will end on November 4th. Good luck!a Rafflecopter giveaway
Eek, it's October! In just a few weeks time, those pesky clocks will be moving backwards once again and we'll be plunged into the darkness. Ok, slightly drastic but starting work at 7am is going to be even harder when it's still dark outside! From October to the first week of January is my favourite time of every year. Sure, I enjoy summer holidays, ice cream and pastel shades but winter will always be my winner. There's just so many memories to be made and so much fun to be had. There's Halloween, Bonfire night, Christmas and not to mention my birthday too! I just love the atmosphere, everybody's getting in the mood as Christmas is coming (Gutted I may be working on the big day this year!) and everything just seems to be so much more sparkly! I'll try not to get ahead of myself and blab on abut Christmas to you, as we have plenty of time yet, but I am so excited to be buying my gifts! Colder evenings and mornings, wrapping up in knitwear, an excuse not to shave my legs, hot chocolate and puddings - this is bliss.
What's your favourite season? x

One of my favourite things to do at the moment is to plan my dream house. At some point in the near future, me and my boyfriend will be hopefully jumping onto the property ladder and I am beyond excited (mostly because I get to buy lots of gorgeous home décor!) I was recently introduced to Rodgers Of York, an interiors design company who are the proud owners of a fabulous home store which has over 50,000 square feet of showrooms. I cant help but think I'd be in heaven if I was to visit the showrooms and pick and choose all of my favourites - if only I won the lottery eh?!
The Rodgers & York website are currently showcasing samples of home ware that they have available at the store which are available to browse online, giving you a rough idea of what you want before you head to the store. There's loads of different homes to choose from such as dining rooms, bedrooms and living rooms. I must admit I had a fun time scrolling through to pick my favourites which I've showcased above. The dressing table will be mine! Rodgers Of York is based in York, meaning it's one heck of a trek for me from Wales, but if you're closer to home you may well find yourself in interior heaven.
Have you heard of Rodgers Of York before? x
