My New Years Resolutions & A Positivity Diary.

Happy New Year! After my little ramble just the other day, I'm all about getting positive now with no excuses. I recently came across a relatively old diary of mine. My reason for this post was that when I found the diary, it reminded me of a little hobby that I got into and recently completely forgot about. Sometimes in life, we can forget how lucky we really are and how blessed we are to have a roof over our heads and somebody that loves us. So, I decided that it might be a nice idea for me to start a 'Positivity Diary'. In my positivity diary, I simply take two minutes each night to write a few good things that happened to me that day. These may seem like small things - but when I am feeling down, it reminds me that I have plenty of things to be happy about and to look forward to. If this sounds like something you would be interested in doing, it couldn't be easier! You could either use a diary, a weekly planner or even a notebook. All it takes is literally two minutes each day and it's a lovely reflection of how lucky you really are! It's also a perfect excuse to buy yourself pretty stationery - it will make it even more positive, right?! Seeing as we're now on our very first day of 2015, it's the perfect time to start! Aside from the positivity diary, I also have a few other resolutions this year:

Read more books.
Try new things.
Reach 2000 blog followers before 2016.
Make a Youtube channel.
Keep an everyday journal.
Finish writing my book.
Get scrapbooking.
Be happy.
Find a job I enjoy and excel in it.

Are you making any resolutions? x

PS - Thank you for reading my blog, it means a lot to me :) x

  5. Great resolutions! I do a similar thing and have a box that I put little appreciation notes in each day :) Then when I'm having a bad day, I just open up the box and read them. I hope you have a Happy New Year! x
